FAQs

  • It means that I’ve been trained to journey alongside people throughout their spiritual life. I’m not a therapist, I can’t treat people. I’m not a theologian, I don’t have any answers for you. But I’ll offer you my care and share my thoughts, when asked to.

  • The Holy touches every part of our lives, so all parts of lives can be a spiritual conversation.

Here are some common topics and questions that come up.

    • God/The Divine - I’m struggling to connect with God, or I’m struggling to connect with the divine within me. What is happening?

    • Prayer/Meditation - The practices that have always worked for me don’t feed my soul anymore. What do I do?

    • Beliefs - I don’t believe what I used to believe, so how do I figure out what I believe now?

    • Relationships - I am struggling with my family/partner/child/boss/coworker. How can I grow/forgive/release/heal in the midst of this?

    • Parenting - I believe I’m raising spiritual beings, but how do I do that?

    • Work - What is my purpose? Am I living a life aligned with my values?

    • The Future - What am I being called to do with this one precious life?

While I don’t have the answers to your questions, I believe you have the wisdom in you and can be your spiritual companion to journey alongside you as you listen to your soul.

  • I mean that part of you that is your truest self. It is the part of you that remembers you are holy, and put here for a purpose. It is that part of you that remembers that you are beloved, and a valued child of God. It means that part of you that remembers that you are a blessing, and what you do matters to others and in the world.

  • No. God loves each and every one of us, and will welcome us into the divine arms when the time comes. There is no need for me (or anyone) to “save souls.”Jesus did not come to scare us into acting a certain way for fear about the next life. He came to show us how profoundly we are loved. He cared for the souls he met in real time. Always.

  • God no. It’s just me, Martha, and I’m not very organized, so this is about as far from organized religion as we can get, while still wanting to gather with like-minded people who want to support each other on this spiritual journey.
